Terms and conditions

Entry to the club is restricted to persons aged 18 years or over.

The venue reserves the right to require proof of age before admission to the club.

Your card will be charged the full amount 7 days prior to the show date. If your party is for 16 or more, you will be charged a £5 per head non-refunable deposit at the time of booking. If you wish to make any alterations, reductions or cancellations you must call the box office, on 07785505489 by 3pm, 8 days* prior to the show date. * (eg. if you book for a show on Saturday 10th you must contact us by 3pm on Friday 2nd). For security reasons we will require the card details, used in the booking, for any alterations, reductions or cancellations. No cancellations, alterations or reductions can be made after 3pm, 8 days prior to the show date. All bookings made within 7 days of the show will automatically be charged for the full amount with no cancellations, alterations or reductions. Increases in the party size are subject to availability. All venues may operate strobe lighting during the show. All tickets are to be collected at the venue on the evening of the show. Show times and ticket collection details will be e-mailed to all completed bookings.

Credit & Debit Card Payments Only:

1. To make any amendments to bookings made by card, we will require card details for security purposes.

All bookings made after January 1st 2007 will be charged in full, at the time of booking. No reductions or cancellations will be permitted. Increases in party numbers will be possible at any time, subject to availability.

Cheque Payments Only:

1. All bookings made by cheque are placed on hold until deposit payment is received 2. All cheques must be made payable to “jokers comedy club ltd” 3. Upon receipt of your cheque there can be no cancellations or refunds

PARTY SIZE RESTRICTIONS:

All venues have a maximum party size restriction of 35 for mixed sex parties, and 15 for single sex parties. A fully refundable cash bond may be required at the venue for large parties – this will be discussed with you at the box office prior to your booking.

TICKET OFFER ALLOCATIONS:

All tickets are subject to availability and are booked on a first come first served basis. Please note that there are a limited number of tickets for each show for which any offer is valid and we may still have full price tickets left once all discounted seats have been sold. All offers are valid for selected Thursday and Friday shows (though a limited number of Saturday shows may be released closer to the show date). Offers not valid for shows in December. All offers are subject to change without prior notice and are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
